Exterior House Painting Process
Select Your Colors
After you’ve made a decision, we’ll walk-through the project with you to confirm the colors you want to use, finishes, and type of paint. We can match the existing color or use a new color of your choosing.
Protect The Area
We will take care of your home like it was our own. Furniture and fixtures will be moved or covered while we paint and moved back upon completion. Patios, decks and even vegitation (carefully) would also be protected with paper, plastic and tarps.
Prepare Surfaces
Before we paint, we’ll ensure that all the surfaces are smooth and clean for the perfect finish. Our paint crew will fill any holes or cracks, sand uneven surfaces and coat necessary areas with primer. In some cases we will power wash the surfaces prior to painting to remove any dirt build up that has accumulated over time for better adhesion. Priming is required when painting over bare surfaces such as brick, or wood siding. Priming improves adhesion, gives a more uniform finish to the top coat of paint, and protects surfaces against mildew, alkali, and efflorescence.

Apply Paint
Once areas are prepped, we begin applying premium quality paint to surfaces for a beautiful finish. Depending on the types of surfaces we are painting, we may apply the paint using a brush, a roller, or a sprayer. Our professional paint crew will keep you updated throughout the entire process and work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Clean Up
After the paint has dried, we complete our own inspection and touch up if needed. Afterwards, we remove all our tape, paper, plastic and drop cloths, sweep or vacuum, clean all work areas, and move furniture back to their previous positions.
Walk-through Inspection
Once the job is complete, we will walk-through the project with you and ensure that the work meets your expectations. We strive to provide top-quality work, so if you are not satisfied, we will go back and fix any issues found.
